About
Notion systems built for one kind of work at a time
Templs is an independent, one-person studio. It makes ready-made Notion workspaces for specific trades and roles - painters, dog daycares, accountants, nurses, music schools and hundreds more - and sells them one at a time or through a small membership.
The problem with most Notion templates
Bloated
Templates stuffed with widgets and decorative pages. People buy them, use them for a week and give up.
Generic
One CRM renamed for every profession: the dentist gets no patient records, the painter no room measurements.
All looks, no function
Pretty screenshots, empty formulas, no example data, no explanation.
Hours to set up
A 45-minute video before you can record your first job.
How Templs templates are built
- Each template starts from a system for a kind of work (appointments, field jobs, client projects, a clinic...) and adds databases only that trade needs.
- Every formula is checked against example data before a template is published.
- Six to eight connected databases and one dashboard - no decorative extras. Each template marks which parts are core and which you can delete.
- A five-minute Start here section instead of a video course.
- New templates every month, chosen partly by member requests.
